Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is its greatest plus point, being near some interesting places and the sky train station, making it convenient for getting around. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. However, the noise of ambulances buzzing throughout the night can be a drawback.
The hotel offers an excellent view of the twin towers and provides promotional rates with cheap airfares. Although we had to wait a bit for the lift on the 25th floor, the experience was worth the memory.
I found the hotel to be in a mostly great location, very close to Chow Kit Mono Rail station, which was convenient for our family tour. The rooms were cozy and offered a nice view, with clean and fairly large king-size beds, plus a functioning bathtub. However, the noise level was a bit bothersome, and the breakfast rush was chaotic for someone seeking peace. The service ranged from reasonably friendly and accommodating to an unfortunate incident with a staff member attempting to harm my baby when we inquired about valet parking rules.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, and a great location near the monorail and a delightful desi restaurant. However, the dining experience, though providing variety, could use more changes in the menu. The facilities were satisfactory, but some furniture in the rooms seemed old and not well-maintained.
The hotel is conveniently located in the central area, neat to shops, market, and metro station. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, although there was a slight delay in getting the lift to the 25th floor. The service was slow and somewhat rude, lacking priority for guests in lifts. The dining experience without breakfast was good, offering traditional food. The facilities are satisfactory, but the location is in a not-so-good place with issues like stale cigarette smell.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, especially the Seasons Crest rooms located on the 30th floor, were super clean, but there was a slight issue with the cleanliness in some areas. The wired internet access in the rooms was convenient. The hotel's location was very convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur, well connected by monorail and LRT lines to most places. However, there were some safety concerns at night that made going out a bit challenging. The dining experience offered a fair variety of choices but could be improved in terms of the menu. The hotel facilities were decent, but there is room for enhancement.
Staying on the 30th floor gave me an excellent view of KL's skyline, but the room felt a bit outdated on the 25th level. The service was outstanding from the floor staff to the managers, although some reception and bell boys seemed lazy. The location was well connected by monorail and LRT lines, but being in Chow Kit, known for congestion and occasional noise from the nearby hospital, had its drawbacks. The dining options were fair with the usual Malaysian fare, overlooking a shockingly wild ambiance. The facilities were decent for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a spectacular view of Petronas Towers and the surrounding skyline of KL, and they were well-decorated with modern amenities. However, the room layout with the toilet at a strange angle was a bit odd. The service I received was not the best, with some issues like lack of communication and a negative attitude from staff members. The location was convenient, being close to public transportation, but had some shady aspects at night. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a massive and delicious selection but some timing issues. Overall, the facilities were decent, but not exceptional.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with modern amenities, although there were some uninvited guests in the room. The service was a mix of helpfulness and rudeness, but overall nice and helpful. The location is conveniently close to a monorail station and offers choices for vegetarians. The dining experience varied from incredible to just ok. The facilities were good with few remarkable additional details.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room I stayed in on the 14th floor had very hot water, but unfortunately, there was a loud clicking sound coming from the electric box in the cupboard. It took some time to address the issue, but eventually, it was taken care of. The service during breakfast was a downside with an unimpressive experience and lack of attention to guests' attire. On the bright side, the location was convenient for transportation and events near the hospital, but safety concerns arose, especially at night.
The hotel offers rooms at a fair rate, although they appear a bit tired. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with room service and food delivery. The location is central and accessible to public transportation, but some aspects were notorious. The dining options are average with a good variety, and the facilities are satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was overall satisfying. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the housekeeper did an excellent job. However, the slow drainage in the bathroom made showering a bit inconvenient, and the staff at the restaurant were not very attentive. The location was decent, with easy access to public transportation, and I appreciated the helpful assistance from Mr Ari. The dining options were varied, especially for vegetarians, although some dishes may be unconventional for certain breakfast preferences. I found the facilities to be adequate, though not exceptional.
The hotel offers very spacious and clean rooms, but the furniture is outdated. Connecting doors can be noisy at times. The property has inter-connecting towels, which may be inconvenient. The location is nice and convenient, although it might require a taxi ride to KLCC. The hotel is near the monorail station, making it easy to get taxis. Some waiting time for the lifts during peak hours can be a drawback due to creepy individuals around.
I found the hotel to be a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great location close to Chowkit for easy access to various places. However, the rooms were disappointing and in need of refurbishment, and the dining experience was not satisfying for vegetarians.
The hotel's greatest plus point is its excellent location, close to the Monorail station for easy access to KL main shopping areas. The rooms are well-equipped but plagued with big bed bugs. The service is somewhat effective with friendly staff; however, there are room for improvements. The dining experience offers a diverse range of options catering to different tastes. Overall, it's a mixed bag with ups and downs.
