Grand Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, especially the Seasons Crest rooms located on the 30th floor, were super clean, but there was a slight issue with the cleanliness in some areas. The wired internet access in the rooms was convenient. The hotel's location was very convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur, well connected by monorail and LRT lines to most places. However, there were some safety concerns at night that made going out a bit challenging. The dining experience offered a fair variety of choices but could be improved in terms of the menu. The hotel facilities were decent, but there is room for enhancement.

Staying on the 30th floor gave me an excellent view of KL's skyline, but the room felt a bit outdated on the 25th level. The service was outstanding from the floor staff to the managers, although some reception and bell boys seemed lazy.
